Role and Responsibilities; Bill joined Mitchell Sinkler & Starr in 2005 and is a Principal and Portfolio Manager. In addition, Bill is Head of Trading and is a member of the Compliance Committee. Prior to MS&S; Previously, Bill served as the Business Manager and Director of Admissions at Upland Country Day School and Friends School in Mullica Hill. Education and Credentials; Bill received his B.A. from Earlham College in 1980. He is a member of the CFA Institute and the Philadelphia Estate Planning Council.
