Previously, Mr. Manger was Associate Administrator of the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) where he oversaw field operations and almost 1,000 employees. He also was acting Associate Administrator for the Office of Entrepreneurial Development. Prior to that, Mr. Manger was the SBA’s Regional Administrator for Region II based in New York City. He ran for a seat in the U.S. House of Representatives in 2004. Mr. Manger was a Senior Policy Advisor to the Maritime Administrator at the U.S. Department of Transportation.
