Bill has served on the Pennsylvania Treasury Department’s Financial Asset Management Commission as a direct advisor to a previous State Treasurer and has been appointed by the Honorable Tom Wolf, Governor of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, to be his designate on the Banking and Securities Commission.
