Bill has co-founded and managed two brokerage firms, each of which specialized in the securities and futures industries since 1980. Earlier, he was an accountant providing certified audits and tax planning for individuals and organizations involved in the securities and futures industries at a leading Chicago accounting firm. He is a Certified Public Accountant, past member of the board of directors of SeaBright Holdings, Inc. (2004-2013), past chairman of the Chicago Board of Trade Clearing Corporation (1992-1993), and a member of the Economic Club of Chicago. He holds a BS degree in accountancy from the University of Illinois.
