Will Herndon is a Managing Director of Ajax Holdings, a private investment company based in Aspen, Colorado. Will has 25 years of experience in private equity investment, capital markets, M&A and financial management. Will is also currently President and CFO of Coldwell Banker Mason Morse Real Estate, one of Ajax Holdings’ portfolio companies where he has been for the past 9 years. Prior to working for CBMM and Ajax, he worked at Dell Computer for 8 years in a number of roles including Investor Relations, Treasury and Division Controller positions.
