Wayne Davies has over 20 years experience as a CFO/COO both in Australia and overseas. Originally trained as a Chartered Accountant, Mr Davies has worked as an Operations Consultant (Deloittes Consulting Group) and has held the position of CFO/COO at Theorema Asset Management (London) and Matthews Capital Partners (Australia) before joining the team at Cadence. Mr Davies holds a Bachelor of Commerce and Post Graduate Diploma of Accounting, and is a member of the Chartered Accountants (South Africa) and Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (UK).
