Warren leads our finance, risk and actuarial areas which include financial management, business development (including mergers and acquisitions), risk management, corporate actuarial, auditing, tax and treasury, reinsurance and procurement. As a member of the company’s Strategy and Risk councils, he provides executive leadership for strategic planning and risk management, and he is the executive in charge of Securian Financial’s Audit Committee.
