Vitaly is a graduate of the Higher School of Economics in Moscow, Russia with a Bachelor of Laws and received his MBA from Harvard Business School in 2014. He is also a CFA Charterholder. Vitaly is responsible for railroads, freight transportation, and airlines; transportation software; machinery; electrical equipment; wireless carriers; interactive gaming; and REITs.
