In this dual role, the industry veteran provides best in class benefit solutions for his clients and oversees all cafeteria and flexible benefit plan design, sales, and management activities for Vantage Benefit Advisors. Prior to joining Vantage, Vince worked for Medical Mutual of Ohio in flexible benefit plan sales and benefits administration.
