He also co-founded Maximiza Casa De Bolsa, a brokerage firm; Well-meaning Properties, a real estate investment firm; Silk & Co., an investment banking boutique; and Mibanco, a microcredit bank. He was also a director of Invega (1988-2014), CEO of Seguros Los Andes (1993-1995), director of Banco De Occidente (1993-1995), director of Seguros La Previsora (1991-1997), and Consul General of Venezuela in New York (1995-1999). Vicente holds an LLM from Harvard Law School and a Law degree from Univ. Católica Andrés Bello (UCAB).
