Ms. Ruddick joined Pathway in 1996 and is a managing director in the California office. She is a co-head of the firm’s primary investment team and co-manages the Target Funds team, which is responsible for the firm’s proactive investment-origination efforts. Ms. Ruddick is responsible for investment analysis and conducting due diligence on primaries, secondaries, and co-investments; negotiating and reviewing investment vehicle documents; and client servicing. She is a member of several Pathway committees, including the firm’s Investment Committee, Portfolio Construction Committee, and Diversity & Inclusion Committee.
