Randy McMenamin brings more than 50 years of experience in the investment business to his role as Managing Director of Tufton Capital Management. Prior to co-founding Hardesty Capital Management (now Tufton Capital) in 1995, McMenamin acted as Senior Vice President and Senior Investment Portfolio Manager at Mercantile-Safe Deposit and Trust Company. He has been a Chartered Financial Analyst since 1978. McMenamin is a veteran of the U.S. Army, where he served at the rank of Lt. Colonel until his retirement in 1990 from the Reserves.
