Mr. Chang is a Managing Director of Crescent Capital focusing on junior debt. Prior to joining the team in 2000, Mr. Chang was a member of the Mergers, Acquisitions & Restructurings Department of Morgan Stanley & Co., Inc. He is a current and former member or observer of the Board of numerous private companies and charitable organizations. Mr. Chang received his MBA from Harvard Business School and his BS from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
