Tyler is a member of Chestnut’s investments and investor relations teams, working collaboratively to underwrite and model new investments, perform portfolio analysis, and effectively convey fund investments to Chestnut’s current and prospective investors. Prior to joining Chestnut, Tyler worked as an analyst and consultant at Deloitte Consulting within business operations and real estate strategy teams. At Deloitte, he played a key role on multiple projects, including managing a portfolio of 21 capital improvement projects for government-leased facilities. Tyler's expertise includes project management, financial analysis, and legislative analysis.
