I am a quantitative problem solver with a background in theoretical physics. My professional focus is on the asset and liability management as well as risk management of insurance companies, including life, non-life and pension. Previously I have worked in different roles in academic research and insurance. I have developed quantitative tools for solvency risk analysis, reporting, strategic asset allocation and optimal asset-liability allocation within the Solvency II and the Finnish pension solvency frameworks.
