Troy is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ practitioner, and he is the Founder of Access Financial Resources, Inc. The Certified Financial Planner Board of Standards selected Troy as an Ambassador for Oklahoma in January of 2015. Troy served on the Board of Directors of the National Financial Planning Association and has been an active member for 25+ years. He has further served as chair of the National Financial Planning Association's Ethics Committee, and he is the past president of the local financial planning association chapter, and former president of the Bethany Chamber of Commerce.
