As the Chief Executive Officer of SDCERA, Tracy Sandoval leads the entire organization which is responsible for serving the more than 45,000 current and future retirees and beneficiaries. The Chief Executive Officer is appointed by the Board of Retirement. Prior to joining SDCERA, Tracy most recently served as the Assistant Chief Administrative Officer with the County of San Diego and had more than two decades of accomplishment in leadership roles at the County, including previously serving as the Chief Financial Officer, where she was responsible for managing the County’s $6.5 billion annual budget.
