Tracy Farr joined Lazard in 2013 and is a Managing Director in the Capital Structure Advisory group. Mr. Farr works on a variety of M&A, capital structure advisory and restructuring assignments for clients throughout the firm. Mr. Farr spent previously spent a year in Lazard’s London, U.K. office working on Restructuring and Debt Advisory engagements. Prior to joining Lazard, Mr. Farr was a Manager in EY's FAAS financial instruments practice in New York and was a postgraduate technical assistant at the FASB.
