I started my investment consulting career in 1994 with Mercer. My experience as an analyst and consultant to corporate and healthcare DB and DC pension plans served as a foundation for managing the City of Philadelphia DB and DC pension funds as Chief Investment Officer. To broaden my consulting skills, I joined a growing and innovative private equity advisory firm, Franklin Park Associates.
