Before co-founding Bridgewater Asset Management in 2014, Tom Ross led Ross Wealth Management for thirteen years, working with families and business owners to manage their investment assets and provide overall financial planning services. Tom gravitated to the financial advisory business after graduating from Principia College with a BA in Russian Studies and Business Administration. His aptitude for financial decisions began early in life, as he was raised by a single mom and helped make financial decisions along the way. At an early age, a gift of Apple stock started his path to the investment world and he enjoyed it very much. Tom's focus today is on investment management for individual
