Tom joined NEPC in 2007, with his career in the investment industry beginning in 2003. Tom is a member of NEPC's Defined Contribution Team and serves as a dedicated investment consultant providing advisory and OCIO solutions for some of the firm's largest corporate DC clients. He specializes in consulting on all aspects of plan evaluation including plan design, the development of investment policy statements and objectives, the evaluation and selection of investment managers, and the measurement and analysis of investment performance.
