Tom Bowmer is the Investment and Tax Controller at the Packard Foundation. He oversees investment accounting operations and is responsible for managing annual tax filings. Prior to joining the Foundation in March 2022, he was the Tax Officer at The William and Flora Hewlett Foundation. He obtained his CPA while working for the public accounting firm BPM LLP. Tom received his BA in Psychology from the University of California, Berkeley, and an MBA from San Francisco State University.
