His primary areas of responsibility are regulatory compliance and financial reporting oversight. Mr. Bidwell began his professional career by with a Certified Public Accounting firm headquartered in Wheeling, WV (1992-2000) specializing in the areas of operational and financial audits of Corporate, Governmental and Non-Profit entities.
