Tim Barrett is Associate Vice-Chancellor and Chief Investment Officer for Texas Tech University System (TTUS). Mr. Barrett is responsible for the day-to-day management of the Endowment Assets and responsible for Investment Strategy and Implementation of the nearly $1.2 Billion endowments and $800 Million in Operating Capital.
