Tim Andreyka is the Director of Investments for the Alaska Permanent Fund's (APFC) Real Estate Assets. Tim began his career with the APFC in 2015 as the Senior Portfolio Manager for the Real Estate Investment team. He leads a group of dedicated professionals and is responsible for the management and direction of the APFC's Real Estate Portfolio. Prior to joining the APFC, Tim held senior investment positions with Citicorp, MetLife, JMB Realty, along with serving various roles in private equity real estate He spent the early part of his career in public accounting. Mr. Andreyka holds a BA in Accounting from the University of South Florida.
