Thomas Woolwine is the Vice Chairman at DeMarche and the President at DeMarche’s discretionary OCIO affiliate, DMS. He specializes in fixed income, pension risk management, and asset allocation policy. His client experience includes large corporations, healthcare systems, associations, and foundations.
