Tom is a co-founder of Cornerstone and has served as CEO since 2002. His primary responsibilities include strategic planning, key relationship management, and team member selection and mentoring. Developing leaders, creating a culture of achievement, challenging people to become their best, and having fun have been cornerstones of his leadership style. As a consultant, Tom has more than 35 years’ experience working predominantly with qualified retirement plans and not for profit organizations. He has been nationally recognized by Plan Sponsor Magazine and ASPPA and spoken at numerous industry conferences. In 2014, he was chosen by Lehigh Valley Business Magazine as Executive of the Year.
