After completing his degrees in accounting and finance, he became Executive Vice President at Specialized Insurance Agency serving the insurance needs of corporate executives, professionals and retirees. Tom joined Millennial Group in May of 2002 as a partner and in 2017 formed his own firm, Presper Financial Architects.
