As President, Tom leads the operations at Verdence. He focuses on managing the three P’s – People, Process and Performance – as a way to continuously improve the experience of all Verdence clients. Tom is also a part of the executive team that sets the strategic vision for the firm, where he constantly challenges the team to provide exceptional financial services. Previously, Tom worked for 15 years at Morgan Stanley as a Senior Vice President.
