Tom is a senior member of Cliffwater’s portfolio advisory group. In this role, he serves as a consultant to Cliffwater institutional investors, including public and private pension plans, endowments, and foundations across the US, Canada, Asia, and the Middle East. Prior to joining Cliffwater in 2008, Tom was a Senior Managing Director and principal of Wilshire Associates where he managed the firm’s private equity business for 17 years. Previous experience includes working for the New York Life Insurance Company and serving on the advisory boards of numerous private equity partnerships.
