Tom founded Flagship Capital Management in 1990 and brings over 40 years of investment industry experience to the firm. He graduated from St. Joseph's University, in Philadelphia, in 1976 with a B.S. in Accounting and earned an MBA from St. Joseph's in 1980. Tom serves on the boards of several private corporations and charitable organizations, including Nutritional Development Services of the Archdiocese of Philadelphia and the Riddle Memorial Hospital Foundation.
