Tom is a Managing Partner and co-founder of RCP. He leads the manager research and investment sourcing function of the Firm, is a member of the Investment Committee, and serves as an Advisory Board member of various underlying funds. His responsibilities include the evaluation, monitoring, and ongoing relationship management of private equity fund managers. Tom has been involved in the private equity industry for over 20 years.
