Terry became a financial advisor in 1991 and soon after established his own firm because he wanted to be able to provide clients with independent and objective advice. In 1996, Terry founded the firm that would go on to become TSW Wealth Management. Prior to starting the firm, Terry started his career as a CPA in public accounting, where he worked for two of the largest public accounting firms in the country.
