Tara Stacy leads investment stewardship strategy and praxis at the Colorado Public Employees’ Retirement Association (PERA). Overseeing proxy voting, integrative research, stakeholder engagement, and market advocacy initiatives, she brings a decade of experience implementing investment mandates spanning public and private markets to her role. Prior to joining PERA, she held positions of Equity Trader and Institutional Portfolio Administrator on the buy side, serving risk-return objectives of diverse investors with and without sustainability preferences under fiduciary care.
