Tammy Tumbling brings over two decades of experience in management, corporate citizenship, utility operations and customer service to the her position as president combined with nearly five years of recent foundation management experience as the first executive vice president and chief operating officer of the Orange County Community Foundation (OCCF). Tammy is responsible for providing strategic planning, oversight and timely execution for all business areas to ensure operational excellence in the areas of asset growth, communications, donor stewardship, community engagement, innovation & technology, people & culture, business continuity and risk management. In her role of presid
