I have held a senior investment leadership position for over 20 years as either a Chief Investment Officer or Principal/Partner and have 28 years of overall investment experience. Responsibilities have included oversight of public fund defined benefit systems, defined contribution plans, an endowment, deferred compensation, debt issuance and debt management among others. Other responsibilities and expertise include strategic program management, ancillary investment program oversight, personnel mentoring and management, budget, investment planning, and both short and long-term business planning.
