Sven is a firm owner and head of operations. He manages investment portfolios and advises on financial planning. Sven joined the firm in 2007. Prior to joining Hanson & Doremus, Sven worked as a pricing analyst for a large mutual fund company in Boston. Sven is a CFP certificant and holds a BS in Community Development and Applied Economic with concentration in Small Business Management from the University of Vermont. He is also a graduate of the Leadership Champlain program. Sven lives in Essex, Vermont with his wife and three children.
