Sue Wilkinson is a Nebraska native with a Bachelor of Science in business administration from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. She began her career with Ameritas in 1995 as a corporate accountant and has held key leadership roles throughout the organization. She was elected executive vice president, chief financial officer and treasurer in 2018, serving in that role until 2024, when she began her current duties as president and chief operating officer. Wilkinson is a board member of the Federal Reserve Bank of Kansas City, Omaha Branch, and also serves on the boards of the Catholic Foundation of Southern Nebraska, and the University of Nebraska Foundation.
