Susan Diamond is Segment President of Humana’s Home Business and is responsible for leading home care delivery solutions, including care management, annual wellness assessments, primary and high-acuity care and the transition management office with Kindred at Home. During her thirteen years at Humana, she has held various leadership roles in the Medicare business, with a particular passion and emphasis on growth and consumer segmentation strategies for the company’s Individual Medicare Advantage and Medicare Part D (stand-alone drug coverage) offerings.
