Stuart Fraser is Vice Chairman and partner of Cantor Fitzgerald, L.P. Mr. Fraser joined Cantor Fitzgerald in 1983 with Howard Lutnick, the Chairman and CEO, and the two were the first to matriculate from Cantor Fitzgerald's Training Program. Mr. Fraser oversaw the firm's Government Securities Brokerage (GSB) business and is credited with the highly successful transition of GSB from a traditional "open-outcry" environment to the world's first fully electronic government securities marketplace.
