The Executive Director for the Park Employees' Annuity and Benefit Fund of Chicago (PEABF). The PEABF is a single employer, defined benefit plan covering the eligible public employees of the Chicago Park District. The PEABF has total fund membership of 10,878 and approximately $350m AUM. Steve’s prior position was the Executive Director for the Firemen’s Annuity and Benefit Fund of Chicago (FABF) which is a defined-benefit, single-employer pension plan that provides benefits to the firefighters and paramedics of the City of Chicago. The FABF has over 9,000 participating members and approximately $900m AUM. Steve holds a Masters in Accountancy from De Paul University and a CPA certificate
