Steve Marsh is a senior vice president for the Massachusetts Institute of Technology Investment Management Company where he manages approximately $2.7 billion in real estate equity investments. His responsibilities extend to all aspects of the Institute’s direct investing program for commercial real estate, including acquisitions, development, dispositions, financing, and portfolio management activities. Steve is also a member of MIT’s Building Committee where he serves as adviser to the Institute on various real estate matters relating to MIT’s academic facility needs.
