Since 2012, Steve has advised high schools and colleges on tax-exempt debt financings, structured and marketed a real estate debt securities fund, trademarked multi-sector defeasance strategies for rising interest rate environments, and pursued direct real estate investments, all for Montvale Investment Partners which he formed in 2012.
