Stephen Webster is chief financial officer for the Kansas Health Foundation. In this capacity, he is responsible for investment portfolio administration, investment performance, accounting, financial reporting and risk management. The fiduciary stewardship led by Webster is critical for a foundation whose funds are meant be used in perpetuity for future generations.
