Steve founded Privet Capital in 2008 to focus on mid-market investment in special situations. Steve has over 25 years’ experience in investing in, fixing and growing SME businesses. Prior to founding Privet, Steve spent 10 years working in 3i’s buyout and turnaround teams. Before 3i, Steve worked for nine years in Deloitte’s Corporate Recovery and Restructuring divisions. Steve is a founding member and Fellow of the Institute for Turnaround. He holds an MA in Physics in from the University of Cambridge.
