Prior to joining the Tinker Foundation as Director of Finance and Administration, Stephanie held the same title at Greenwood Gardens, a 28-acre nonprofit public garden located in Short Hills, New Jersey. She has also served as the Director of Business Operations at The TEAK Fellowship, a New York City nonprofit organization that provides transformational educational opportunities for talented low-income youth, and as the Grants Director for the Woodcock Foundation, a family foundation also based in New York City. Stephanie has also worked in fundraising and development for multiple nonprofit organizations, and in corporate finance. She holds a B.S. in Finance and Spanish from Rutgers Univ
