Steen is a co-founder of Chestnut Funds and oversees the firm's investment activities along with capital, asset, and portfolio management for the funds. Steen has worked with established commercial real estate firms including Trammell Crow and CBRE in Washington, DC and has also worked with and been an investment partner with various commercial real estate development firms.
