Stacy Tucker joined the Flinn Foundation (Foundation) as its Vice President & CFO in early 2016 and is responsible for the administration and execution of the Foundation’s policies and procedures relating to investments, grants administration, accounting, budgeting, internal controls, and employee benefits. She also oversees the investment portfolio, preparation of the Foundation’s annual financial statements and tax returns, legal matters, building operations, information technology and provides technical assistance to grantees. Stacy brings with her a depth of experience in matters involving finance, accounting, legal, grants management and investment portfolio management. Before he
