Mr. Lonergan joined Behrman Capital in January 2005 as a Partner and became a Managing Partner in December 2019. He currently serves on the boards of Micross Components, kSARIA, Plastic Industries, Inc., Shur-Co Holdings and Waterline Renewal Technologies. Prior board affiliations include, ACS Communications, Brooks Equipment, ILC Holdings (DDC), Peacock Engineering Company and Selig Sealing Products. Previously, Mr. Lonergan was Partner and Senior Managing Director at The Blackstone Group, where he co-led Blackstone’s pursuit of European private equity transactions.
