As a member of the Operational Resources Group, Simon focuses on portfolio company value creation initiatives. Prior to joining the firm in 2017, Simon was a Manager at Bain & Co., where he worked primarily with Bain’s Private Equity, Strategy, and Merger Integration practice areas. Before joining Bain, Simon worked at Lazard Frères & Co. in their New York and London offices, where he focused on advising private equity managers and investors in both primary fundraising activities and secondary market sales processes.
